Feasibility Study

The Results Are In!

The Feasibility Study by the Steier Group is completed and the news is good! The Steier Group reported that they heard very strong support for a capital project.  We enjoyed a 23% response rate overall, slightly higher than the norm of 15-20%. Through the study, you told us that we should be looking at a $3.5 – $5 million dollar project budget moving forward.

At the Marian Festival, our architect, Steve Baker, presented some preliminary drawings of what the renovated space could look like and gathered still more of your feedback.  We are still in the process of deciding what this project will ultimately encompass, but we want to keep you in the loop every step of the way.  Here are the next steps:

  1. Utilize the Feasibility Study results to put together a more focused project based on a realistic budget.
  2. Continue meeting with the Architect and the Building Committee to prepare a project proposal for Archdiocesan approval.

As always, if you have any comments or questions, please direct them to Director of Business Operations Sarah Norton at 720.283.4732 or snorton@stmarylittleton.org.
