The music department welcomes Joe Monzon as the new leader of the Sunday evening music ensemble. Joe has participated in contemporary and traditional choirs at St. Mary since 1990. Joe will be organizing and rehearsing a new contemporary ensemble to play at the 5:00pm Sunday Youth and Family Mass, beginning September 13.
The new band will have guitars, bass guitar, drums, piano and melody instruments. We're currently looking for players, so if you play any of those instruments and would like to participate, please contact the music department for more information. We are also putting a choir together, so if you enjoy singing, please consider joining us and worshiping the Lord through music! We particularly encourage all teens and young adults to join us!
For more information or to join us, please contact Marcia Marchesi at 720-283-4725 or mmarchesi@stmarylittleton.org.

Recycle your ink jet cartridges and help the music department earn cash. Cartridges with a print head are qualified for recycling. That includes most of Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Compaq, Canon, Dell, Brother, and Apple. Cartridges without a print head do not qualify for payment. If you cannot tell the difference, bring it in anyway. Look for the recycle boxes in the church vestibule and parish office.

"Music is a higher form of communication…when
we come into contact with God, mere speech is not enough… our
own being is insufficient for what we have to express and so we invite
the whole of creation to become a song with us."
Pope Benedict XVI
