Who We Are

Saint Mary Parish School is a Catholic learning community in Littleton, Colorado located in the southwest Denver Metro Area. Our purpose is to educate the heart, mind, body, and soul of our students and to develop the potential in each, giving glory to God.

Saint Mary Parish School has successfully provided thousands of students with an outstanding Catholic education for more than fifty years. We enroll students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and house over five hundred students on our secured campus.

The school is under the administration of the Pastor, Fr. Alvaro Montero, DCJM. He is assisted by three brother priests from the religious order of the Disciples of the Hearts of Jesus and Mary based in Madrid, Spain. The day-to-day operations of the school are under the direction of the principal Mr. Greg Caudle.

Our History

Saint Mary Parish School was established in 1951 in downtown Littleton, Colorado. The steady growth of the parish and school required the community to purchase more land located on South Prince Street. The new church was opened in 1962 and the new school building was built in 1964. The School has been renovated and new additions constructed in 1977, 1993, and 2005.

Our Accreditation

Saint Mary Parish School is a member of the Archdiocese of Denver Catholic Schools and is accredited through the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement.

Our preschool and extended day care programs are licensed by the Colorado Department of Health and Human Services.

Our teachers are licensed, state certified and continually involved in professional growth.
