St. Jerome said, “Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ.” With these words in mind, St. Mary Parish offers a variety of Bible Studies open to the whole parish.

Tuesday Afternoon Bible Study
Our Tuesday Noon Bible Study group works through a variety of Scripture study programs. They have completed programs such as “The Bible Timeline: The Story of Salvation,” by Jeff Cavins, Tim Gray, and Sarah Christmyer. The group meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 1:00-3:00pm in the Pastoral Center. Contact Joan Lennon for more information.

Denver Catholic Biblical School
The Catholic Biblical School is a four-year program offered by the Archdiocese of Denver. Students examine scripture through lectures, small-group discussions, and weekly coursework all taught by experienced teachers. For more information or to register, please click here.

Children’s Choir

Light Weigh Bible Study

Plan to grow healthy spiritually and physically with Light Weigh, a 12-week Bible study DVD series to enable those who struggle with food or other temptations to find freedom in Christ. Grow closer to God and learn about your Catholic faith. We will meet Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. starting on January 10 in the School Library. There is a one-time fee for this program. Lenten Evening of Praise

Presented by John Miller of Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services, Archdiocese of Denver.

A Catholic View of End of Life Issues
Apr. 9 at 9:00 a.m. in Ave Maria Hall.

Features a panel discussion on topics such as why to pre-plan your funeral, Catholic medical directives, planned giving, and more.

Pilgrimage 2019!

Sept. 10–20

Travel with other St. Mary parishioners to pilgrimage sites in Spain, Portugal, and France. Spend time in Avila, Zaragoza, Lourdes, Fatima, Lisbon, and more.
